Human growth hormone (HGH) influences proper body growth and development by inducing protein generation within muscle cells and energy release as a result of the breakdown of fats. It's noted to act on quite a number of aspects of cellular metabolism and is similarly vital for skeletal growth in humans. Higher HGH levels create an umbrella effect for the other hormones such as testosterone, estrogen and melatonin to be secreted, because hormones work in tandem.
