Smaroula Pantelis is a medical psychologist (MSc. In Medical Psychology) and psychology doctorate (PhD in Psychology) of the University of Surrey, England, she graduated psychodramatist from the London Institute of Psychodrama (Diploma of Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy) and graduated sociodramatist from sociodrama school of Manchester, England Sociodrama Action Methods (Diploma in Sociodrama).
She works in Greece as a psychologist and psychotherapist since 1984 helping people with psychosomatic problems, panic attacks, depression and eating disorders. She has worked at Piraeus University from 2002 to 2010, teaching in the Department of Administration and the graduate MBA program Tourism. Since 1986, she has been working with major public and private companies and organizations offering training courses to executives in psychology and human relations.
In 1991 she founded the Greek Institute of Communication and Human Relations, a nonprofit organization that organizes seminars, studies and conferences relating to human communication and relationships. The office is located at Kapsali 7B 'in Kolonaki - Athens.
She has worked in many TV and radio stations and has written articles in newspapers and magazines.
She is author of psychology books, educational children's stories and thematic calendars. Her books are published by Critique, Minos, Patakis and Taxideftis Editions.
