Stella Argiriou is an educational psychologist, graduate of 2005 of Psychology Department of La Sapienza University of Rome. In 2006 she participated in the clinical and scientific activities of the Department of Child Psychiatrists Tzaneio hospital in diagnostic evaluation and diagnostic intervention, under the supervision of the Director of the department. She had collaborated with various medical specialties as part of the connecting operation of the department and she was involved in training students of Panteion psychology department with the role of the supervisor consultant.
She has specialized in dietary and development in general disorders, she deals on a regular basis with writing articles and participating in various, specific forms (Eleftherotypia Medical magazine, Nea newsapaper, Shape magazines, Vita, Diva, Onar Magazine Northern Greece) or taking part in various nationwide conferences, in the capacity of both the participant and the Rapporteur. She is one of the basic speakers specialized in nutrition and psychology nutri4life seminars (with Stelios Parliaros, Argiro Barbarigou and Tasos Papalazarou) and food hygiene seminars in Holmes Place gyms, in which she analyzes the ways of release of emotional eating and close relationship between psychology and nutrition.
She has also taken part in various TV programs which were about nutrition and psychology such as "Mila", "Kafes me tin Eleni", "Proinos Kafes", "Apodeixeis", "Kalomeleta kai erxetai", "Axizei na to deis" "Kalimera sas," "Istories Pragmaton" (digital NET program).
She had collaborated with dietary offices of nutrimed, in the application of cognitive-behavioral treatment of obesity in both model group, and individually.
