Dr. Bardis Konstantinos was born in 1982 in Sparta, Laconia. Balkan gold medal in the sport of mountain biking. As a scholar of the General Secretaries of Sports,he has successfully completed the Graduate Studies Program at John Moores University in Liverpool, in England,which is the first university in order of evaluation in Ergophysiology. In 2013, he completed his PhD studies at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition in Harokopio University specializing in sports nutrition with excellent grade. He also continued post PhD researches in America (University of Arkansas), in the department of Kinesiology and specifically in the Human Performance Lab in 2014. His professional career began in 2012 as Exercise Physiology - Nutritionist in the National Cycling Team of men. He also has publications in international journals in the field of sports nutrition and sports physiology as well as numerous presentations in international conferences.
